Xenoraptor is a space based shooter for single player, multiplayer or co-op. This Steam Early Access Game lets you take control of a cyberdragon and annihilate swarms of rocket propelled chainsaws. The AI is cunning but have no fear you can create crazy weapons like bear teleporters and rocket launchers. Have I peaked your interest yet? Good let's start with your cyberdragon - you are able to customize the coloring on you dragon & I'm not talking a small sample of coloring either. They've included color sliders to design your dragon the way you want it to look.
Now that you've spent 1/2 hour on getting those colors just right let's dig into the weapons. You have 3 different weapons for use - main, secondary & special. You start out with Chaingun MK1, Railgun MK1 and Explosive MK1 Missiles. Each one features unique ways to blow up your enemy so you want to head to target practice to get an idea of what kind of power you will have. As you clear levels you open up additional weapons so check your hangar. In fact you have 10 save slots allowing for lots of custom builds.
Out of New York, New York Bayview Terrace is considered an Alternative band however I prefer to call them a refreshing, upbeat band you just can't help getting hooked on. Songs like I Don't Care and These Years draw on real life like High School and growing up or moving on after a difficult time in your life forging a connection with a wide range of music lovers. Just in time for Summer their new single Turn Out The Lights is a free download on their bandcamp page just put a zero in the price and you will get the track emailed to you.
I've had a chance to talk with the bands founding member Dan who gives us a peek behind the curtain:

Last weekend I had rather a nasty accident, injuring my back and both my knees pretty badly and I can still barely, walk, breathe, move or do anything without considerable pain and nastiness. This situation I find myself in is only lightened by the fact I did it whilst using the toilet. And to a much larger extent by my rather wonderful bout of retail therapy last week.
After watching England crash gracelessly out of the World Cup in a more embarrassing fashion than a politician found dead, hanging from a noose made from stockings, mouth stuffed with an amyl nitrate infused orange and wearing his wife's underwear I decided that I needed a Playstation 4 to see me through the now darkened and dream crushingly traumatic summer months. So, I bought one and a big pile of games, including the absolute gem of a game that I'm about to review.
That game you ask? Injustice - Gods Among Us -Ultimate Edition.
