Last night saw the climax in radio's greatest contest when Sumo Cyco won the coveted song of the year title for their song Mercy.

Mercy, which took over 60% of the entire vote was song of the month back in August of 2013 and went on to follow in the footsteps of Alexa De Strange and Aurora Lights in winning our third Song of the Year contest. It's that special time of the year when we bring you the Song of the Year contest. This post contains each of this year's songs of the month and it's time to crown the Song of the Year for 2013. This is the third contest of its kind which was originally won in 2011 by Alexa de Strange with Babydoll and 2012 by Aurora Lights with Never Never Comes.
